Boeing’s Global Talent Acquisition team has an exciting opportunity for a Candidate Experience Specialist to join our team in Gdańsk, Poland .
We have a fantastic team with a work-life balance including a combination of telecommuting and working in the office.
The Candidate Experience Specialist is an integral part of our Talent Acquisition team. Working hand in hand with recruiters, hiring managers and new hires, this role ensures a world-class experience for our internal and external candidates.
In keeping with our Candidate Promise, you will treat all candidates with dignity and respect and keep them informed of their status throughout the process.
Position Responsibilities :
Supporting candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process
Administer pre-employment checks to ensure compliance with regulation and avoidance of conflict of interest
Own the candidate experience and provide engagement throughout interview scheduling, the hiring process and beyond
Liaise with internal departments and external providers to ensure first day readiness’
Manage a high volume of confidential information at all times
Prioritize multiple tasks and manage work load and time effectively
Please be aware that due to the fact that person will support US-based candidates working hours start between 11-13.00 p.
m. (depends on candidate’s preference) .

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience) :
Very good command of English
Existing rights to work in Poland
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills / Experience) :
Experience in a role where attention to detail, accuracy and quality are needed
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience in a customer service role
Experience building and maintaining professional relationship
Ability to be flexible, prioritize work and quickly learn new systems and skills
Working with Applicant Tracking Systems : Workday preferred
Typical Education & Experience :
Education / experience typically acquired through basic education (e.g. High School diploma / GED) and typically 4 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.
g. vocational school / Associate+2 years related work, Bachelor, etc.).
