A Customer Care Advisors Principal is needed to join our rapidly expanding Customer Care global team at IHS Markit, Economics & Country Risk division.
Reporting to the ECR Customer Care manager, the role involves delivering excellent client support to ensure customer satisfaction and drive high retention rate for a portfolio of Corporate and Government EMEA accounts.
As a Customer Care Advisors Principal, you will :
Work closely with the Sales team to develop proactive client engagement initiatives
Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring that users receive maximum value from their subscription to IHS Markit ECR
Provide customized core curriculum by utilizing media such as WebEx and Skype for Business and by face-to-face training to drive customer usage and product awareness
Understand customers’ workflows to help them derive maximum benefit from IHS Markit services and provide support to help customers streamline their workflows
Develop excellent product knowledge to effectively support client requests
Work cross-functionally with other teams to handle client requests and to channel customers’ feedback
Periodically visits customers to build successful relationships as their go to’ client support executive
As a Customer Care Advisors Principal, you will be expected to have :
5 or more years of demonstrable experience in an account management and / or senior client relationship role. Solid industry knowledge will be very advantageous
Fluent written and spoken English. Additional foreign languages knowledge will be an advantage
Very good MS Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Goal oriented, excellent organizational skills, work well in a global team
Availability to occasional travelling (up to 1 week)
