People Operations Specialist

Cooperating with 10C stakeholders including team leaders regarding different employee life cycle stages
Understanding both the business context and the people management needs

Acting as a trusted advisor, support and partner for various stakeholders (business leaders, team leaders, employees) throughout the whole employee lifecycle
Co-developing and securing people leadership standards and people management processes
Carrying out various people-related initiatives
Acquiring and analyzing employee life-cycle data (eg. onboarding, satisfaction, performance review, promotion, eNPS, stay interviews, exit interviews)
Co-creating long-term strategies to develop and retain talent
Monitoring and reacting to market trends
Testing new approaches and tools
Embodying, guarding and promoting 10C values
Reporting to People Operations Leader
Growing yourself and the people around you you will give and receive regular and constructive feedback in a team of open-minded people
Substantial HR experience and knowledge incl. first and foremost :
HR data acquisition, analysis and reporting (basic statistics background / knowledge is desired)
Systemic perspective on HR processes and practices (talent attraction, onboarding, employee orientation, performance management, performance review, L&D, promotion, pay rise, exit)
Experience in designing, mapping, managing and optimising people-related processes in a fast-paced 100+ (tech / consulting / remote / agile) company
Good working knowledge of Polish Labour Code
Familiarity with various employment contract types and regulations
Building and managing employee experience
Experience in successful team building initiatives for remote or tech teams
Excel / spreadsheets literacy (medium level : ability to analyse and generate reports)
Strong analytical mind and attention to detail
Both people and data-orientation
Knowledge of how to build trust and relationships in the organisation
Social media literacy and authentic willingness to be an active 10C advocate in our social media and internal communication channels
A very good working command of written and spoken English and Polish (C1+)
Communication skills (constructive feedback, NVC, radical candor, BLUF) and awareness regarding both 1 : 1 and 1 : many communication
Proactiveness, self-reliance and solution-focus
End-to end thinking and high level of ownership
It's great if you also have :
Previous experience in the IT industry
Knowledge of and experience with various remuneration models and reward strategies
Experience in 200+ company
Familiarity with new HRM systems, processes, tools
Experience with Slack, Salesforce, Lattice, Tableau, Confluence, JIRA, MIRO, Google package
Psychology / sociology / business or related education or certificates
What we offer
Salary depending on your skills and experience PLN 8 000 - 13 000 net + VAT on a B2B contract with a minimum of 20 days of paid time off (alternative forms of employment are also possible)
