Technical Wizard . Now, we are aiming to strengthen our NSO (Network Service Orchestration) TAC team, and we are looking for the below skillset.
SW Application Support knowledge and experience.
REST API over JSON, XML
Protocols : SSH, Telnet, Netconf, SNMP
Understanding of basic concepts of network orchestration is a plus
IP networking (basic to intermediate)
Linux, Unix skills (intermediate to advanced)
Communicate You have excellent communication skills (in English).
Education You are Bachelor or Master in Engineering, Computer Science or have similar experience.
We'll be very impressed if you can also show one or more of these
Programming skills in bash scripting, Java, Python..
Knowledge on data modelling languages like YANG, YAML etc.
Knowledge on web based tools, microservices and solutions
Certification in virtualization technologies (Openstack, VMware, )
Database experience : SQL, noSQL, Mongo, MySQL,
Manage source code control including SVN / GIT
Experience working with service provider customer base
Experience in a similar support role
