What can you expect?

Within the HR Solutions team, this role supports and assists the HR and Data Privacy team on different projects, ensuring that the global HR function is compliant with local and regional data protection regulation.

  • In this role you will be responsible for :

  • Providing support on information gathering and analysis for HR data privacy projects, covering HR applications
  • Providing analysis to identify & address data privacy risks and reporting requirements, working with how HR data is used, data retention, individual rights to personal information and data incidents
  • Supporting HR Data Privacy team on special projects such as new privacy regulations and system implementations
  • We would like you to have :

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Fluent English
  • Understanding of HR procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • What makes you ideal for the role but is not required :

  • Previous experience with HR confidential information
  • Practical knowledge of GDPR
  • Experience working on projects
