By joining our growing Regulatory Strategy and Business Change (RSBC) division you will have a chance to build up your career by cooperating closely with our partners from various functions to implement and deliver strategic change initiatives ensuring all regulatory obligations are met :
Working on post trade regulation projects impacting the derivative clearing space such as FinfraG and EMIR.
Collaborating with cross functional colleagues both locally and across multiple international offices to complete business analysis and produce project documents e.
g. PIDs, BRDs, RAID logs.
Managing project stakeholders ranging from IT, Compliance, COO, Legal and liaising with project teams globally.
Being part of project working groups to monitor progress on deliverables, testing and readiness activities before go live.
Organizing review sessions with project participants to complete and sign off requirements.
Tracking and resolving project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies (RAIDs) and raising with project managers on time.
Taking care of user acceptance test requirements, cases and scenarios, with defined success exit criteria to validate that regulatory and business requirements defined in BRDs are met in testing phase.
Carrying out appropriate due diligence checks prior to implementation of project solutions.
Supporting the mandate of RSBC senior management and ensuring projects are implemented in a controlled, strategic and cost-efficient manner.

You have 3-7 years of experience in banking or financial area.
You are familiar with derivative instruments, post trade events and cross functional business processes.
You are fluent in English (written and verbal).
You have excellent communication skills and can effectively communicate with various partners.
You possess strong analytical and presentation skills.
You are able to work independently and have enthusiastic attitude using your own initiative to drive project forward.
You work well under pressure and can deliver on tight deadlines.
You fully understand project lifecycle, governance and stakeholder engagement requirements.
You are a proficient user of MS Office suite.

Experience of Waterfall and Agile delivery process.
Experience of HP ALM.
Experience and understanding of OTC / ETDs clearing process, CCPs, exchanges and affirmation platforms.
Experience in vendor management.
