In the role as a Change Manager, you will work as a change practitioner onstrategic transformation projects in GBS and Husqvarna Group.

Your impact and value for the Husqvarna Group will come by working alongside Project Managers and stakeholders to plan, manage and execute the change journey of impacted and engaged colleagues.

You will be working directly with Sponsors and Line Management to support employee adoption and usage.You will also have the opportunity to influence and drive the development of the Change Management function and ways of working within GBS.

Husqvarna Group applies PROSCI (ADKAR) 3-Phased Change Methodology in Projects and Programs.

As a Change Lead, supportingGBS relevant projects and initiatives, you will be responsible for,

1. Assess and prepare the Change Management approach and defining a Change Management journey for projects.

This includes defining success, defining impact and defining the approach.

This includes stakeholder analysis, change risk assessment, defining adoption and usage, group impact assessments, sponsor activation and producing a change story for the project in question.

Typically you would do this in a combination of workshops and interviews with project members, sponsor and key impacted managers / groups.

2. Manage the Change and deliver a Change Management plan.

This includes planning, tracking and executing on a Change Management plan.

Typically it includes and integrated plan for communications, training, manager and sponsor support in together with the Project Team.

Typically this is done through participating with the project teams.

You will also have to track Change Management by tracking adoption and usage and change readiness applying the ADKAR model, usually done through surveys and assessments.

3. Sustain Outcomes and deliver a Change Management closeout.

This includes reviewing performance, activating and transferring ownership to the business.

Typically it includes building a change agent and / or super user network, as well as supporting line management.

In addition to being a Change Practitioner on Projects and Initiative, as an Organizational Change Manager in the PMO you will also be responsible for :

  • Continue to develop and deploy Husqvarna Change Management Methodology based on PROSCI (ADKAR)
  • Support the establishing of a change network (including Change Managers / Agents)
  • Drive and support the further build-up of GBS Change Management capabilities
  • Lead the Change Management Trainings for GBS
