This is a vendor role for fixed term contract - until the end of June 2020. Your employer is a third party, in service of Microsoft.

We're looking for an energetic and passionate Startups Coordinator, to lead Microsoft's startup programs in Poland. In this role you will be a key figure in the startup ecosystem and will be critical to fueling its growth.

Our mission at Microsoft is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As a Startup Coordinator, you will lead all of Microsoft's startups activities in Poland, build partnerships with startups and engagements with the local startup ecosystem players, focused on cloud, and learn how to best leverage Microsoft’s resources to empower and grow a healthy, diverse and innovative startup network.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping startups grow, familiar with and invested in the startup community in Poland, and excellent at operations and program management.

You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your skills in program management, cross functional collaboration, relationship building, and contribute to fastest growing businesses at Microsoft.

You’ll wear multiple hats the face and spokesperson of Microsoft to the local or even regional startup ecosystem and the voice of the scene within Microsoft.

  • Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage startups within the Microsoft Startups programs, while supporting them as they develop as true business partners of Microsoft
  • Invest in and grow strong partnerships with accelerators, investors, innovation hubs, community groups, and more
  • Represent Microsoft in the startup ecosystem and community, building trust, credibility and excitement, and ensuring the Microsoft voice is heard
  • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of business development and customer facing experience
  • Cloud experience preferred
  • Strong experience in program management
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Out of the box problem solving skills
  • Bachelor degree or higher (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations, Engineering, Technology)
  • Excellent English, excellent Polish is a must
