Job Description Summary

Staff Technical Prog Manager EMEA Regional IT is a critical business partnership role aligned to EMEA Business pole within Gas Power.

The program manager, as part of EMEA DT org will partner with business and IT stakeholders to lead solutioning, implementation and change management of digital products aligned to regional business priorities.

The program manager will leverage deep digital technology, process, and domain expertise to successfully deliver business outcomes and applies lean concepts to define program management standards.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Act as focal point to deliver suite of IT solutions across multiple business functions in EMEA region.
  • Own and deliver Organizational Change Management (OCM) aspects associated with region wide roll out of enterprise solutions and partner with regional business to increase adoption of tools.
  • Lead ERP planning, scoping and prioritization, and influence regional business and global IT stakeholders using quantitative and qualitative assessment models.
  • Partner with regional finance, Tax and HQ IT teams to enhance ERP solutions to stay compliant to evolving regional regulatory requirements
  • Partner with regional business leaders to identify continuous improvement opportunities and deliver scalable analytical, process automation solutions.
  • Manage day to day execution of multiple projects and report out progress, status and risks to senior business and IT stakeholders.
  • Apply product management concepts and assist HQ IT teams to lay down product roadmaps to solve pressing regional business problems.
  • Apply lean to solve problems, define standard work to standardize delivery of solutions.
  • Mentor and lead interns to support multiple work scopes on projects
  • Education Qualification

    For roles outside USA :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science / software engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • A minimum of 3+ years in leading projects / product management in Information Technology domain
  • ERP project management / data management / change management experience is desired.
  • Proven experience in using project management methodologies to deliver IT enabled process transformations.
  • Team Player & Inclusive : Collaborates with a diverse team to solve problems and encourages participation from all to drive right outcomes.
  • Customer Focus : Evaluates decisions and prioritizes deliverables based on business outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and risk mindset : Ability to analyze data to prioritize right outcomes and ability to anticipate risks and create actionable strategies to mitigate impact.
  • Ability to influence outcomes whilst working with a highly cross functional business and IT teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of an organization
  • Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through experience, training, or industry activities.
  • PMP, Scrum Master or related project management certifications
