Valeo Lighting Systems

The plant produces front and rear car lights using advanced technology of metallization, assembly and plastic injection including multicomponent and multi-color injections.

It has also a fully equipped measurement laboratory with a unique photometric testing tunnel. As a result of growth, Valeo Lighting Systems is currently opening new Development Center,, which focuses on developing and manufacturing lighting systems for passenger cars.

Currently for Valeo Lighting Systems in Chrzanów we recruit Process Engineer. Mission :

Maintain and control the equipment supply, functioning and maintenance procedures.

Installation of new devices, its adjustments and regulation.

Secure proper and optimal work of all essential devices included in production process.

Responsibilities :

Implement modifications on processes to improve efficiency and quality performances;

Analysis of production process based on PDCA FTA methodology;

Flow management improvement and ergonomic workstations;

Prepare specifications for machines, supervise new machines start- up, responsible for production organization in compliance with health and safety as well as quality rules;

Implement Plant industrial plan / prepare the engineering investments (IAR’s);

Cooperate with supervisors to organize production process in order to meet quality and efficiency requirements.

Requirements :

Masters degree in engineering;

Minimum 2 years of experience in process area in automotive industry;

Practical knowledge of FMEA, SPC, PDCA, JIT, Kanban, Kaizen, AutoCAD;

Very good English skills;

Mobility for business trips abroad will be an asset;

Teamwork spirit, ability to cope with stress, customer orientation.
