Job Overview :
As Routing and Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for implementing and tracking all elements of routing for Italian Sales team which includes building routes, gathering data on current performance, setting up and maintaining databases to track all steps of the call and tracking performance and budget.
In addition to this you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting information related to total sales performance
Collect and clean data to allow analysis on performance of routes
Track and report route KPIs for relevant sales regions
Develop the routing model / plan routes and execute
Refresh and update the model when required
Track business performance and make recommendations for optimization based on performance
Track and analyse sales team performance
Monitor spend based on national budget and track and report at regular intervals
Analyse total Italy Sales performance against plan
Perform deep-dive analysis on performance issues and prepare reports for monthly planning cycle
Create, update and maintain IRI / Nielsen reporting to support Italian Sales team understanding of trends and opportunities
Initial responsibilities in this role are focused on knowledge capture. It will take up to several months to transition the know-how into our Krakow center until the actual delivery will start.
In that time, you will have direct exposure to the business unit or sector processes focusing on those that you will become responsible for;
you will cooperate closely with key stakeholders to shape the service model; and we encourage you to identify, design, and document improvement solutions.
On top of that, you will build business relationships, and pioneer a new way of working at our Krakow center.
Qualifications / Requirements
For a candidate to succeed in this role, they will need :
Proficiency in English and Italian
Bachelor’s Degree Business administration, statistics, mathematics or similar
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs (especially excel and power point high level)
Analytical skills, ability to pull and work with large data
High attention to details, ability to work in flexible and dynamic environments
Great organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Experience in route optimization processes in FMCG and sales is preferred
Understanding of sales channels (Away from Home, Traditional Trade, and Modern Trade) and P&Ls is preferred
Proactive mindset / independent approach in delivering analysis to improve status quo and deliver recommendations to local team
