Investor Managed Services and Corporate Solutions Energy & Sustainability Regional Solutions Lead - EMEA

Key responsibilities :

  • Drive revenue growth through new and existing sales channels and markets
  • Understand the global sales strategy and execute within your assigned region - EMEA. This includes supporting the following channels : Investor Managed Services (also known as Property and Asset Management), Corporate Solutions, other business lines such as Consulting, PDS and Capital Markets.
  • Partner with solutions development teams, sales enablement, pitch team, brokers and other sales focused entities to meet / exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Align regional sales approach to be consistent with Global Sales Energy and Sustainability platform objectives
  • Deliver 100% Salesforce and CRM365 adoption. Ensure timely and accurate entries for reporting and forecasting purposes.
  • Support forecasting efforts within the assigned sales territory
  • For the corporate sales landscape : Coach and lead / coordinate regional E&S Sales support teams across all segments of the sales landscape including : Enterprise, Vertical, Scaling and Transactional Sales.
  • This will include SMEs, variable resources, and other members of the leadership team.

  • For the investor sales landscape : Coach lead / coordinate regional E&S Sales support teams across all segments of the investor sales landscape in the UK including Growth, Strategic and Core clients.
  • This will include SMEs, variable resources, and other members of the leadership team.

  • Utilize the sales process and tools to drive profitable and desired growth. Including but not limited to : 7 step sales process, go / no-go process, Key Issues Analysis (KIA), and the CRM technology.
  • Lead E&S contract negotiations such that we maximize profitability and mitigate risk.
  • Partner with regional, local and global sales, product, and delivery teams to ensure understanding and awareness of the E&S value proposition.
  • Assist with growth of existing accounts and renewals.
  • Ensure MSA and PMA language and limitations of liability in compliance with the firm’s requirements.
  • Provide clear and concise Statement of Work for new business wins where applicable.
  • Serve as a credible and active member of the specific Industry real estate community, participating in relevant organizations serving as a subject matter expert, board member, panelist, etc.
  • Depending on the assignment, extensive travel may be required.
  • Complete all other assigned duties.
  • Experience

  • Understanding and experience of professional services
  • E&S knowledge is required
  • Ten years of sales / sales enablement experience with global high tech B2B organization.
  • Experience serving, collaborating with and influencing executive management especially sales leadership.
  • Direct experience of major international sales teams.
  • Excellent analytical and program management skills are essential.
  • Commercially and financially astute, comfortable with company P&L and, ideally, also balance sheet.
  • Diverse industry and functional backgrounds gained through consulting or elsewhere.
  • Skills

  • A passion for the profession of sales. Familiarity with the Miller-Heiman sales methodology is a plus.
  • Leadership and change management. Strong people manager with the ability to build a new team, working with a diverse set of skills (strategic, technical, sales and regional marketing).
  • Ability to navigate culture and politics across multiple functions to generate win-win solutions.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms Microsoft Dynamics and Seismic are desirable.
  • Desire for continuous improvement. Creative thinking, problem solving and the ability to innovate.
  • Collaborative, goal oriented and able to solve problems / meet goals in creative ways with limited resources. Able to identify and use resources outside direct reporting structure.
