Responsibilityfor the entire operations of the company to achieve the business objectives inPoland & Baltic States. Accountable for delivering the agreed targets forall categories (contact lenses, solutions, and eye drops) by directing theactivities of a cross-functional team.
Leads and handles the evaluation and implementation of new initiativesand business opportunities, and the development of business programs for growthand profitability.
Business Manager’s focus is on four key areas : creatingprofitable sales growth, managing the P&L, market share gain and thepersonal development of the team.

Developing& executing short, mid, long-term go to market strategy (model) for theregion in alignment with EMA priorities and according to local needs (directmarket Poland;
distributor market Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovakia,Georgia).
Proactivelychallenges status quo in every relevant aspect of the business to win in themarket through superior strategies, tactics, and perfect execution.
Drivingorganization development and strategy adjustments to address externalenvironment changes and to win in key market segments.
Developing& maintaining a close relationship with strategically important customers.
Facilitatingleadership team meetings to ensure translation of customer knowledge, consumerinsights and specialists needs into actionable plans for the business
Identifying,assessing, and recommending new business opportunities to address local marketneeds.
Drivingand leading the JJVC culture and mindset by appropriate behaviors and attitude.
Responsibilityfor business turnaround with high attention to unmet customers’ needs,developing talented people around new business models.
Leadingbusiness at country with P&L, including business planning.
Accountabilityfor assessment of market potential and developing a plan of market share gainand market expansion securing sales growth and profit margin.
Leadinga team composed of several managers and developing organization according tothe plan.
Executingthe strategic direction plans, ensuring adaptation of marketing &professional contents, implementing and monitoring sales force effectiveness.
Building,maintaining, and expanding collaboration with external KOLs, market experts,optical, contactological & ophthalmological association to introduce newproducts and / or added value solution to the market (consumers, customers,specialists).
Evaluatingperformance of direct reports vs. objectives on regular basis.
Identifyingpersonal development needs for direct reports
Ensuringcontinuous development and coaching for direct reports to create robustleadership at present and for the future and to build a strong pipeline of atall levels of the organization.
Ensuressufficient exposure of leaders at local & regional levels.
Ensuringclear roles & responsibilities in the team.

Experiencedin business (sales, marketing, general management) and people management (min.5 years)
Education : University / Master’s Degree or equivalent.
Strongleadership skills, ability to structure and further develop a team of people,retain
