What will you do :

Create and implement solutions based on the SAP SuccessFactors system for our clients.

Analyze and optimize of business processes related to HR.

Data analyze.

Test the system and its extensions or modifications.

Develop of project documentation.

Prepare and conduct of trainings for system users.

Work with the client in project teams.


What do we expect from you :

Higher education (technical or economic profile preferred).

Nice to have : experience in working with the SAP system in the field of HR modules / SAP SuccessFactors system or other HR systems in the cloud (Workday, Oracle HCM, Cornerstone) as an implementation analyst or end user.

Fluent Ukrainian and good knowledge of English (at least B2 level).

Highly developed interpersonal skills.

Analytical thinking skills.

Creativity and problem-solving skills.
