About the role

Purpose of the role is to supervise a team of Customer Service staff in 2 locations (Warsaw and Prague) by managing the day-to day activities like orders taking, deliveries monitoring, commercial, logistics and end-customer related processes.

Also maintaining liaison center between Sales and Customers and answers queries on both stock and shipment orders.

What will You do :

  • Provide day-to-day supervision of a team in order to obtain timely and accurate realization of the objectives and high customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, prioritize, assign and follow up on tasks including taking corrective actions.
  • Recognize and recommend improvements.
  • Secure efficient order to billing and after sales process including complaint handling.
  • Monitor and maintain operating systems and ensure that data are entered correctly.
  • Respond and manage more complex escalated enquirers from customers.
  • Close cooperation with sales and marketing organizations.
  • Support interaction with logistics to secure service levels at the lowest distribution costs.
  • Assist in day-to-day leadership and operational management for the respective team providing performance evaluation and feedback.
  • Active participation in regional Customer Service Management regular meetings.
  • Who You are :

  • You have higher education
  • You have min. 3 years professional experience in a front-line Customer Service
  • You are advanced in leadership & team development
  • Your fluent English is a fact , Czech as additional asset
  • You are advanced in using SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Your communication skills are excellent across all hierarchy levels
  • You are strong in presentations
  • You are customer & result oriented and have structured way of working
  • You know how to work efficiently in complex cluster and regional matrix organization
  • You are able to travel on regular basis (approx. 20% of the month)
