About the role
Purpose of the role is to supervise a team of Customer Service staff in 2 locations (Warsaw and Prague) by managing the day-to day activities like orders taking, deliveries monitoring, commercial, logistics and end-customer related processes.
Also maintaining liaison center between Sales and Customers and answers queries on both stock and shipment orders.
What will You do :
Provide day-to-day supervision of a team in order to obtain timely and accurate realization of the objectives and high customer satisfaction.
Plan, prioritize, assign and follow up on tasks including taking corrective actions.
Recognize and recommend improvements.
Secure efficient order to billing and after sales process including complaint handling.
Monitor and maintain operating systems and ensure that data are entered correctly.
Respond and manage more complex escalated enquirers from customers.
Close cooperation with sales and marketing organizations.
Support interaction with logistics to secure service levels at the lowest distribution costs.
Assist in day-to-day leadership and operational management for the respective team providing performance evaluation and feedback.
Active participation in regional Customer Service Management regular meetings.
Who You are :
You have higher education
You have min. 3 years professional experience in a front-line Customer Service
You are advanced in leadership & team development
Your fluent English is a fact , Czech as additional asset
You are advanced in using SAP and MS Office applications (Excel, Power Point, Word)
Your communication skills are excellent across all hierarchy levels
You are strong in presentations
You are customer & result oriented and have structured way of working
You know how to work efficiently in complex cluster and regional matrix organization
You are able to travel on regular basis (approx. 20% of the month)
