T&E Senior Accountant with English

Your responsibilities
Processing of accounting and financial data in an accurate and timely manner;
Administration, verification and posting travel expenses in Concur in accordance with internal procedures;
AP Process Coordinator support in activities related to T&E;
Clearing of vendor employee accounts and GL accounts in SAP;
Preparing and posting of batch files in SAP;
Preparing accrual files and taking part in other Month End Closing activities;
Contact with employees and local business organization;
Involvement in Concur projects;
Knowledge of Concur system will be an asset
Our requirements
Very good knowledge of English;
Good knowledge of other language will be an advantage;
3-5 years of experience in a similar function, preferably in SSC environment;
Good knowledge of MS Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point);
Knowledge of ERP system will be an additional value;
Ability to organize and prioritize work;
Communication and interpersonal skills.
