The MarComs Project Manager is responsible for working with the Global Marketing and Communications teams within the Marketing Dept.

to guide and manage the production of all creative projects from the starting point of initiating project plans, through development and on to project completion.

The role includes estimating / pricing, traffic and production management, quality control, and deadline management. This role will also be hands-

on with reformatting / proofing print deliverables.


  • Manages scheduling, production and on-time delivery of all MarComs projects.
  • Reviews submitted job requests and initiates projects with appropriate Global MarComs resources.
  • Keeps work flowing past potential bottlenecks by ensuring all information is gathered prior to project kick off.
  • Generates project tracking files, assigns project names / numbers, issues project instruction sheets and opens job workflow files.
  • Manages time and financial resources to ensure client projects are on time and on budget.
  • Manages all projects via the project management software application to ensure all stakeholders and creative resources are working seamlessly through the software interface.
  • Keeps project-relevant Manager, Director(s) and / or Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications informed of any issues that would impact deadline and client relationships.
  • Verifies that projects are properly packaged for release and that material is signed off on and approved by internal team.
  • Archives all projects upon completion.
  • Maintains file folders on server, ensuring that all documents adhere to naming conventions and are filed correctly with related assets.
  • Makes small final adjustments to artwork and reformats print deliverables as needed.
  • Anticipates over- and under-utilization scenarios of MarComs resources, making recommendations for addressing them.
  • Maintains working knowledge of pertinent software and peripherals needed to complete work, including generation of reports, dashboards and administrative troubleshooting.
  • Onboards new users to the project management software interface.
  • Maintains MarComs preferred vendor list and the services / technology that they provide.
  • Tracks and reports and conducts post-project analysis.

  • Education and / or experience

  • Associate’s degree in a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • 3 to 5 years as a Project or Traffic Coordinator in an in-house or agency environment
  • Experience in a fast paced environment, on complex and multiple assignments
  • Familiarity working in a highly collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with project management software is required (Workfront experience preferred)
