Define and Implement solutions for identified structural problems or opportunities for GBS
Plans, initiates and drives implementation of Shared Services practices for ABB GBS organization across GBS functions globally
Enables GBS Functions in building and executing functional transformation roadmap in alignment with scope assigned to the role
Develop a GBS planning & development strategy based on knowledge and awareness of various business scenarios that can apply
Define and apply a structured GBS planning & development approach and methodology for capturing & integrating the key business opportunities for GBS within ABB
Identify within current and non-current GBS scope future opportunities (need of cross functional solutions and / or new business for GBS)
Capture requirements and expectations from GBS functions and propose business solutions aligned to organizational objectives and constraints (i.
e for cross functional solutions)
Map customer to customer process for validated GBS opportunities and clearly distinguish between potential GBS and non-
GBS type of activities, the relationship between the two and propose applicable GBS business scenario (i.e for new GBS opportunities)
Identify and work with the business, functions and all relevant stakeholders in developing business cases that enable the right decision making process for business / function and GBS (for both cross functional solutions and new GBS opportunities)
Ensure all relevant organizations are timely engaged during opportunity evaluation (i.e : IS, Legal, etc.) and those inputs / constraints are included in business case for respective opportunity
Ensure smooth handover from project to ongoing execution;
Manage communications to all relevant parties regarding opportunities and validated solutions
Develops and deploys widespread continual improvement skills to create a capable systematic problem-solving culture at all levels in the organization
Drive common practices for GBS Planning & Development within our delivery organization across GBS hubs and front office locations
Initiate and drive transformation / cross-functional projects triggered both locally and globally resulting in more efficient, cost effective processes
Actively enable the GBS functions (Finance, HR, and Procurement) to deliver against functional targets
Build a culture of delivering sustained improvements;

Advanced Theoretical with 13+ years of experience in Business Operations and processes, Shared Services / BPO industry, Lean Six Sigma / Project Management.
Proven expertise in driving transformation / change. .
Extensive experience in BPO / Shared services environment
Extensive experience planning and deploying business and / or IT solutions
Proven track record of managing big scale, complex & cross-functional projects (preferably transition and / or transformation projects)
Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
Experience in working in virtual teams and matrix organizations.
