About this opportunity
This role shall be located in POLAND, WROCŁAW. On this role you will provide clinical guidance to the CAD Designers in the process of preparing virtual treatments for patients.
You will also be responsible for clinical communication with external customers (Dentists and Orthodontists). As part of the Clinical team, you have a key role in identifying opportunities of generalized process improvement.
Education to internal and external teams is also another area included on this function. In this role, you will Review and evaluate cases, provide clinical guidance, and make decisions on possible treatment solutions in consultation with in-house Orthodontic Specialist.
Conduct clinical appointments with doctors. Help to investigate causes of failure during the treatment process and evaluate rejected treatments to determine root cause.
In conjunction with other Orthodontic staff in the company, implement corrective action as it relates to clinical policy.
Be part of the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned to the team for Invisalign and / or CAD-CAM services.
Propose ideas for procedures and processes to promote improved service and customer satisfaction, and overall department improvements.
In this role, you’ll need EU passport is required College graduate in Dentistry (Dental or Orthodontics) 1 year of experience in a dental practice is preferred.
Experience in Customer relations in Medical / dental areas desirable. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficient personal computer skills.
Experience with CAD-CAM software is an advantage. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals and legal documents.
