Processing Director Poland & Danube

Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia & Hungary)

based in Warsaw; Poland

Main Purpose of the Job :

Responsible for leading and managing sustainable profitable Processing sales growth in all categories in the market according to agreed strategies and plans.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive sustainable profitable growth in processing solutions according to agreed cluster strategy and market plans
  • Drive operational management of the market
  • Drive efficient Deal / Opportunity Management of Processing equipment (decision to quote / accept price, margin, risk and resourcing) following the defined thresholds and agreed prioritizations in the market and cluster
  • Ensure compliance to the Cluster Processing Pricing Strategy, Commercial processes, policies and tools in the Cluster
  • Implement consistent pricing, commercial terms and conditions, effective opportunity management and deliver accurate sales forecasting
  • Execute local sales strategies for all categories and ensure capabilities in accordance with approved targets
  • Identify and drive synergies and synchronization with Tetra Pak packaging in Market Area
  • Ensure efficient Channel & Customer Management (incl. lead, opportunity & pipeline management, account planning, sales coverage & target setting)
  • Drive efficient cross functional Strategic and Key Account Management in the market for Processing
  • Drive product deployment including Key Component sales in the market
  • Collaborating with Tetra Laval entities and other relevant stakeholders in the Market
  • We believe you have

  • Minimum 10+ years working experience and knowledge of Food Processing Business Sales Management
  • University; Master’s degree : preferred food processing or technical / engineering discipline
  • Excellent English and Polish language knowledge are essential
  • Experienced team leader
  • Experience in strategic planning and customer relationship management
  • Product portfolio expertise
  • Knowledge of pricing and commercial conditions
  • Outstanding skills in negotiation and business understanding
