Global Information Security’s Identity and Access Management team (GIS IAM) is seeking an experienced project manager, preferably with a management or technology consulting background, in the Identity and Access Management security domain.
The resource will be in charge of supporting and delivering program and project efforts aimed at improving, standardizing, and streamlining processes and governance practices around the information security space, especially Identity and Access Management.
The role will also require a candidate who can contribute thought leadership and strategic vision to the areas the team tackles.
Experience with infrastructure, such as UNIX, Mainframe, Database, Active Directory, and Cloud is also a plus.
Job Description :
The role requires interaction with global IT partners and information security personnel providing project management, documentation and facilitation to work streams supported regionally across Citi’s global footprint.
Projects will include improving process and technical controls around access provisioning, infrastructure management, and robotics, working with business and technology personnel to identify gaps in the management of data or accounts, especially privileged data, and implementing enhanced monitoring processes and tools.
Gather and analyze data from multiple sources; develop reports and key risk indicators
Communicate project plans and routine updates on project status and issues / risks to the project team, stakeholders and management
Consult with stakeholders to gather and document requirements and specifications for solutions and enhancements
Document and maintain program related training and awareness materials and communications
Facilitate discussions, conduct meetings and drive initiatives and issues to conclusion
Minimum 5 years experience in project management and business analysis with experience using a structured methodology.
Prior consulting experience is a major plus
Familiarity with cloud services, AWS, and / or robotics and other automation process is preferred
In-depth knowledge of technology, security, risk, and compliance best practices. Strong capability in interfacing with both technology and business areas
Knowledge of Infrastructure Information Security Standards and Best Practices including Wintel, Unix, Mainframe and Database Management Systems
Advanced analytical problem solving skills, including the ability to analyze datasets and present in a format that facilitates senior management decision making
Proven ability to work independently and in a multi-tasking environment
Strong communications skills & facilitation experience across all levels of leadership, particularly in English
Experience with analyzing and documenting business requirements and interfacing with application developers
Good understanding of systems development lifecycle
Proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio); MS Access experience is a plus
