Role Purpose :

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst in the newly created Enterprise Data team led by the Chief Data Officer. This position will perform the data management tasks to compare the data in source systems or files, and manipulate the data for cleanup, enrichment, deduping and other quality improvement purposes.

The suitable candidate will be responsible for preparing the data management deliverables for Property Hub deployments in the EMEA region and coordinating with other data management teams to ensure seamless hand-offs for clients transitions and migrations.

This role is based in the EMEA Region in Warsaw, Poland.

What this job involves :

Lead Property Hub deployment projects as part of EMEA client’s transitions and migrations,

Ensure appropriate resourcing is allocated to the projects,

Work with technology transition lead to define the scope and data requirements for Property Hub implementation,

Perform data loading jobs or manual data entry using Service Delivery Applications as needed,

Evaluate existing onboarding processes for potential improvements,

Promote JLL data standards adoption or ensure the mapping to data standards for exceptions,

Maintain and enrich Property Hub deployment documentation and playbooks,

Execute data management activities (clean-up, enrichment, standardization, etc.) for client property data, including uploading the data via standard tools,

Develop deep understanding of account teams’ data quality problems and document the issues resolution,

Liaison with global Data Governance Team, Regional DG Team, DQ Team.

SQL development experience. Expert level of SQL development, stored procedures, performance optimization, and relational database knowledge.

Tableau or other BI tool development experience. Strong experience in developing complex dashboards, optimizing dashboard performance, and working with internal and external teams to troubleshoot issues.

Project management experience.

Ability to understand database design and referential integrity.

Attention to detail, following all requirements and development standards.

Proven skills in requirements definition, design, analysis and problem solving.

Relationship management skills that include : excellent listening and consultative capability, the ability to influence and negotiate with business and technology partners to drive successful technical implementations.

Experience working within a remote setting with geographically dispersed teams
