Description

The HR Consultant advises and coaches managers on HR Generalist matters :

  • Support all people managers and employees assigned to their geography.
  • Consult with managers on people related matters and operational HR support.
  • Work closely with HR Partners on executing programs and initiatives.
  • Business Partnership :

  • Is an objective Generalist HR Advisor to all managers and employees in Poland
  • Provide coaching and guidance on areas to include :
  • Employee relations.
  • Performance management.
  • Disciplinary & Grievances.
  • Retaining and engaging employees.
  • Employee development and career life cycle.
  • Compensation and bench marking.
  • Diversity and Inclusion.
  • Change management.
  • Identify and mitigate areas of risks.
  • Analytics / data :

  • Analyse and provide HR metrics and data to business (PTO, salary work up, staffing data, attrition etc).
  • People :

  • Coach, mentor and contribute to the development of employees and managers.
  • Partner with HR Partners on projects providing input, and rolling out key actions.
  • Processes / Compliance :

  • Provide guidance to Managers with interpreting compliance, regulations, policies, procedures and employment law / contractual obligations.
  • Able to review and suggest improvements to existing HR processes, practices, systems and tools.
  • Learning & development :

  • Support in delivering learning programmes in a variety of media, including face-to-face and virtual like Conscious Inclusion etc.
  • Support in the coordination of the Graduate Development Program (first point of contact for graduates).
  • Organising English language lessons in the office.

  • Qualifications

  • Relevant experience ideally as HR Generalist.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Human Resources Management.
  • Polish labour law Knowledge.
  • Ability to act as a trusted advisor to operations.
  • Able to identify and limit employment law risk to the company.
  • Innovative and solutions focused.
  • High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
  • Negotiation & influencing skills.
  • Project management.
