We have an exciting opportunity for a Monitoring and Reporting Specialist to join our Global Service Management Team. The newly created role to be responsible for analyzing and reviewing the performance of Accounting Operations, as well as our BPO Partner.
This is a highly visible role within the organizational structure. - Leading various reporting, dashboard & change initiatives for global MMC Accounting Operations -
Building, maintaining, automating and continuously improving monthly key performance indicators to be used by senior management -
Helping to design the data visualization and dashboards targeted at various stakeholders - Working with stakeholders on ensuring data-
driven improvement plans and monitoring achieved results - Assisting with other ad-hoc tasks, projects, and initiatives as required -
Experience in actively working with, developing, and maintaining various report types (ideally in the GBS / SSC / BPO environment and area of performance management) -
Minimum three years of relevant experience in a similar role - Excellent Excel skills (including applied knowledge of VBA) and PowerPoint (together with visual presentation skills) -
Experience in dashboard development and / or strong ability to visualize data is strongly preferred - Ability to manipulate large data sets in relational databases and / or using SQL and VBA is an additional asset -
Process analysis or mapping skills, ability to formulate conclusions and recommendations - High level of fluency in English What makes the ideal candidate but not required : -
Prior experience of Oracle and HFM - Lean / Six Sigma knowledge - Proven experience in process automation area and knowledge of Automation Anywhere -
