This is the unique opportunity to join completely new team of recruitment professionals - Smith+Nephew in Wrocław is currently creating a Hub of multilingual Resourcing Coordinators / Sourcers who will support all EMEA TA Specialists, TA Leads, and the Senior Director TA EMEA & APAC.
The Sourcing Hub will utilize traditional and established sourcing strategies and resources, as well as developing new, innovative recruiting ideas to target passive and active job seekers.
The Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist works to proactively identify candidates through sophisticated sourcing techniques.
Based in Poland, the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist will have 2 principle responsibilities : candidate sourcing which includes sourcing for challenging roles as well as developing proactive recruitment marketing activities, to build robust candidate pipelines for high demand roles, as well as providing coordination including but not limited to provide administrative assistance to our recruiting team, posting job descriptions and maintaining databases with candidate information, whilst matching CV’s to various roles and contacting candidates to undertake a basic pre-screen and telephone interviews.
Sources qualified candidates through a variety of channels including direct sourcing, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, social media, etc.
Delivers exceptional candidate slates by using well proven, passive candidate recruiting methodologies. Develops innovative attraction strategies including identification of new sourcing channels.
Share best practices, industry and market intelligence data to support the TA team.Uses search engine and networking sites using Boolean search language.
Supports sourcing activity through scheduling recruiting events such as career fairs, college / university recruitment events, etc.

Also collaborates with TA team members to gain greater understanding about the organizations we support. Support also extends to arranging interviews for TA Specialists as requiredEnsures strict adherence with TA processes to ensure compliance with compliance requirements.

Experience / Competencies :
Minimum 6 - 12 months work experience as a Recruiter or Sourcing Specialist. is essential (RPO, Onsite, Recruitment Agency or HR background)Familiarity with recruiting strategies, including sourcing, screening and interviewing methodsFamiliarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databasesBasic knowledge of labour legislationExperience in using professional social networks (LinkedIn)Excellent organizational skillsAbility to work in dynamic environment BSc degree in relevant field Fluent English and French required Good relationship managementStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong customer focus and client management skillsInnovative thinkingBroad perspective and understanding of the business
