E2E Support Specialist Job Profile Summary To provide an escalation point and resolution service to support the management and quality assurance of Equinix’s Quote to Cash business process. Responsibilities

  • Support the management and completion of Novations within EMEA in order to meet customer requirements
  • Support the management and completion of the Order Exception Process (OEP) within EMEA to meet customer requirements
  • Act as subject matter experts
  • Provide expertise and resources to support improvement project initiatives related to Quote to Cash processes
  • Provides tier 2 support for all business processes and structures Qualifications
  • Experience of E2E business data problem resolution in an operational support environment
  • Analysis skills to review data issues, process and systems flows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with technical Subject Matter Experts, internal teams and managers at all levels
  • Remains focused and calm under pressure
  • Self-motivated to deliver on time, pays attention to detail and proactively solves problems
  • Excellent MS Office skills; Advanced Excel and Powerpoint etc
  • Excellent ability to work as a team to achieve results What we offer
