You will be responsible for growing Advantage Team in the region through strong recruitment and for aggressively growing the performance of our existing team in through training and development.
Strong organizational and leadership skills, excellent presentation skills and fluent written / verbal communication skills in local language and English are mandatory.
You will have a strong track record of exceeding growth targets and will have the ability to lead a young and growing team.
You’ll be comfortable working with KPI and commission targets and will be able to quickly use your experience to establish the Converge brand.
