Your Responsibilities :

We are a team of IT experts, who provide excellent services for GSK sites worldwide on a daily basis. As a part of a global healthcare company, we work in a multinational environment, support around 100 000 GSK employees and over 20 000 systems in the entire company.

At present, at our office in Poznan, we employ about 700 highly-skilled professionals.

Main competencies covered by GSK IT are : Cyber Security, R&D (Labware, eTrack, Argus, Documentum), CRM applications, Mobile Applications, Manufacturing Engineering Systems, BI, Artwork and Packaging Systems, Laboratory Execution Systems (LIMS), Adobe AEM, Veeva, Salesforce, Digital Projects Delivery, AI, Knowledge Management, Hosting Infrastructure, Networks, Collaboration Tools and End-User Support.

We are looking for digitally curious individuals, who are motivated by deriving value from the use of data and analytics.

As a DevOps Specialist you will support digital and tech project team within Digital Factory initiative. Project will last until the end of this year.

You will be a part of Poznan Site Tech Team, working in a multi-departmental Squad of experts, responsible for delivering digital and data solutions for Poznan Site manufacturing organization.

You will have an opportunity to communicate with different teams and departments across the Site to identify features and opportunities to create digital capabilities and align those with other Digital, Data and Analytic initiatives across all GSK.

Responsibilities :

  • Creating scripts, tools, applications, reports and visualizations within the RPA, PowerApps, PowerBI
  • Supporting and leading Tech related sub-streams for Site projects related to hardware and software (including exploration, design, development, implementation, documentation)
  • Supporting standard Tech system / service lifecycle processes
  • Creating and managing documentation (like : TIP / TIR / IQ / OQ / Test Cases / DRP)
  • Basic qualifications :

  • Experience in at least one programming language : PowerShell / VB / VBA / Python / PHP / Java / or similar
  • Fluent Polish and very good English skills level B2 (communicating with teams from various areas)
  • Knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems, MS SQL Server Database
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, to meet objectives and work independently
  • High mental agility ability to learn and adapt to new concepts, systems, software and hardware independently and quickly
  • Experience in support and development of IT systems
  • Preferred qualifications :

  • Experience in MS platforms and tools Azure, PowerApps, PowerBi
  • Experience in RPA (Automation Anywhere)
  • Experience in other OS like Linux (RedHat)
  • Experience in other DBMS like (Oracle)
  • Experience in PC hardware / peripherals / connecting laboratory and manufacturing equipment
