Main purpose :
To provide 2nd level support for all functional issues related to Oracle EBS collected from EMEA Finance Receivable, Credit control and VAT users.
Key areas of responsibility :
To provide 2nd level support for all functional issues collected from the business organization.
To test any new code and verify any configuration change before implementation.
Analyse and troubleshoot the issues.
Discuss with users issue replication and business implication.
Manage the Oracle EBS set-up for all modules / processes within own area of responsibility.
Support end users, clarify doubts and respond to user queries.
Identify if the solution requires code fix.
Perform regional configuration changes, test and document them.
Key requirements :
Very good skills and experience in problem solving.
Excellent communication skills and relationship management suitable for both internal and external communities.
Organised, methodical with attention to details and accuracy.
Can effectively cope with change and be comfortable with ambiguity.
