Asset Servicing Consultant
YOU AND YOUR TEAM :
As an Asset Servicing Consultant, you will join a team of around 20 colleagues spread in different locations, including Gdynia, Poland.
We provide premium and innovative high touch level of service to a small group of important asset servicing customers with a focus on large fund administrators.
One of the main responsibilities of the consultant is to proactively monitor for possible disruptions to customer files.
Any issues will be managed to resolution and will require the consultant to provide client with regular updates throughout the outage or disruption.
With the aim to provide the best in class support experience, we are looking for senior-level consultants who have prior experience or excellent understanding of customer service principles.
SOME OF THE DAILY TASKS YOU WILL PERFORM :
Develop and maintain a close relationship with a defined group of customers. Requirements include a detailed understanding of file delivery, infrastructure reliance and mitigation actions required on behalf of the client during disruptions or outages.
Build and maintain relationships with various internal groups; including Account Teams, Market Support Specialists, Content Service Managers and other resolver groups across the organization to ensure appropriate resolutions are communicated in a timely and accurate manner.
Ensure changes are proactively communicated to customers by providing details on Product Enhancements, Content Enhancements, Infrastructure Changes and Data Notifications.
Ensure all customer inquiries and feedback is recorded in a correct and detailed manner in the Customer Relationship Management System.
Participate in client visits within the EMEA region.
Provide complete ownership for all issues raised by the defined group of customers.
Provide feedback to Pricing and Reference Service to drive product and tool improvements.
Work closely with other ASC team colleagues located in New York and Bangalore.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?
Preferably 2+ years of experience with a financial or market data background, with a focus on Pricing and Reference data.
Knowledge of Refinitiv products (especially DataScope and Eikon) and end-user workflow.
Strong communication skills, including succinct writing, as well as critical reasoning skills in identifying problems and solutions promptly.
Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Strong follow-up skills and a track record for influencing people outside of your span of control.
Ability to work independently while at the same time not moving away from a team role.
YOU WILL BE EVEN MORE COMPETITIVE IF :
You have practical knowledge of SQL on an advanced level.
You have experience in Project Management.
