As a member of IQVIA’s Information Security team, you will assist in validating, testing, and delivering complex, enterprise-wide Information Security / Cyber Security solutions for IQVIA and its partners.
The IQVIA information security landscape consists of both custom-built solutions, SaaS / cloud services, and commercial off the shelf (COTS) products, including SailPoint IIQ, Azure AD, PingFederate, & WSO2, and more.
Work with architecture, requirements analysis, and development teams to understand application functionality and testability.
Participate in test planning, test scope definition, and test scheduling. Design, write, and execute test cases to prove system functionality and verify business and technical requirements.
Build repeatable test scenarios that can be used for regression testing. Participate in test plan and test case reviews and obtain required project team approvals.
Participate in test environment topology definition and planning. Develop and document all test data sets. Create and maintain source-to-target mappings.
Document system defects, track defect resolution, and conduct retesting. Assist in maintaining end-to-end traceability between requirements, design, implementation, and test for all assigned areas of responsibility.
Participate in business and technical requirements reviews as needed. Identify opportunities for automation and develop automated tests for information security software systems.
Contribute to the authoring of support and operational documentation (system / operations manuals, user guides, knowledge-based articles, etc.)
