In this role, you will contribute by :
Platform Service Center (PSC) is a part of FRANKE’s European Shared Services Center, located in Warsaw, Poland. PSC provides service desk, hotline and second level support for the services delivered by IT Platform Services to all companies of the Franke Group.
As an IT Engineer you will be responsible for :
Manage and troubleshoot VM environment based on VMware vSphere
Manage and troubleshoot server hardware
Administrate services such as DHCP,DNS, GPO
Monitor services with use of Nagios
Troubleshoot and resolve issues on servers based on Windows Server Operating Systems
Provide second level support for Local IT responsible staff worldwide.
We are looking for :
A minimum of 3 year of proven working experience in a similar position
Experienced in working in an international company
Identity and access management related experience
Working experience with following technologies and tools such as HPE Simplivity, MS Windows Server 2008 R2 and Later, Server Monitoring tools, VMware vSphere, MS Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, GPO, Scripting, Microsoft SCCM
Citrix XenApp and Linux environment would be an asset.
Advanced level of English and Polish is required, German is an asset.
