We are looking for a highly motivated Software Developer Automation & RPA, who will work in a cross functional and international team in an innovative and agile environment.
Subject matter would be Data Analytics & Processes Optimization and the development of automation solutions in different areas of Telekom Group.
Our team is engaged in the development of solutions for our internal customers with focus on operational processes, cost savings, standards and is creating a value add for our customers by sharing our knowledge and expertise in projects across the company.
Your role
Use Case and User Story analysis together with our customers
Requirement analysis together with internal stakeholders with the aim to automate processes with focus on solutions (e.g. RPA)
Implementation of user stories based on existing RPA tools or by using a scripting language
Dealing with the corresponding hardware requirements and their development / implementation of robots (bots)
Conceptual work on operational tasks Bots maintenance and lifecycle management
Dealing with IT and Operations Units to get solution implemented in DTs environment
Supporting the RPA team lead in developing a common RPA rollout strategy
Supporting Automation and Network Orchestration projects focusing on Data Analytics topics within the group
What we expect
2-3 years of experience in Development of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) cases with selected tools. Preferably certificate in at least one of the following : UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, Servicetrace
Experienced in at least one of the programming languages with the proven track record : VBA, Visual Basic.NET, Python, C / C#, Java
Previously automating SAP, web / desktop applications (e.g. using GUI)
Familiarity in RPA infrastructure using SQL, ELK stack, VDI. Hands on experience will be an advantage
Participated in automating queue-based processes in international environment
Knowledge about business process analysis and design, preferably using BPMN 2.0
Capabilities on Data Analytics (ML / AI)
Nice to have :
Knowledge of Telco / IT systems architecture, virtualization, cloud and data center concepts
Knowledge of Disaggregated Fixed and Mobile Networks
Understanding of OSS / BSS systems including process automation (RPA)
