Who we're looking for

Individual who has

  • University Degree in any field of study; Economics, Business Studies, Supply chain, or Math-related field of study will be an asset;
  • Ability to deal and work with people at different levels across the business environment;
  • Ability to learn quickly, and willingness to develop, learn, and go the extra mile;
  • Strong Project Management skills;
  • High level of analytical skills and logical thinking;
  • Can do attitude, proactive approach;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Very good written and spoken English; French or German will be an asset.
  • Your future role

  • Contribute in defining, developing, and implementing a sourcing strategy for categories (such as Office Supplies, Furniture, IT, and Telecom);
  • Conduct sourcing initiatives from supplier selection, detailed spend analysis, creating tender documents, offers evaluation, pricing negotiation, business case for management, agreement review, to supplier management;
  • Negotiate the best price, quality, service levels, and delivery terms for purchased products and services;
  • Conduct research and analyse the marketplace, maintain working knowledge of business trends including industry issues, cost drivers, global pricing, and market conditions;
  • Coordination and communication with internal departments and externals supplies. Consolidating large scale of data and formulate clear messages for leadership;
  • Supporting with contract review with local / regional legal team;
  • Working with various systems : SAP (training provided), supplier and contract management system.
