Who are we looking for?

Requirements :

Technical skills area :

  • Good knowledge of automation and Infrastructure-as-Code concepts (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, CloudFormation, Terraform or another cloud automation platforms).
  • Proficiency with at least one cloud platform (Azure, AWS or GCP),
  • Good knowledge of DevOps concepts and approaches (VCS, Capacity Planning, Iterations, Postmortems),
  • Proficiency with scripting languages (Bash or PowerShell, or any other),
  • Understanding of CI / CD tools (Jenkins, SonarQube, TeamCity).
  • Business skills area :

  • Proficiency in designing, building, refactoring large scale IT infrastructure in public and / or hybrid cloud,
  • Ability to define a business plan, summarizing technical items, highlighting the benefits in adoption of a global offering and / or proposed architecture for internal and / or external stakeholders,
  • Ability to help shape transition and transformation strategies,
  • Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Providing input into the Cloud & Edge Strategy & Architecture,
  • Transformation and consolidation of enterprise scale infrastructure to a public cloud or hybrid cloud,
  • Leadership in delivering complex solutions including managing multiple domain architects,
  • Developing strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders within Capgemini’s business,
  • Infrastructure transformation with accordance to IaC (infra as code) model,
  • Integration with leading public cloud vendors,
  • Infrastructure and monitoring automation,
  • Driving automation initiatives with respect to a consistent automation approach,
  • Public cloud cost optimization,
  • Identifying and analyzing possible risks for the project and organization,
  • Supporting sales to articulate Capgemini’s solutions, cloud technologies, transformation and migration methodologies,
  • Interfacing with internal teams to ensure completeness and relevance to customer requirements.
