In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for
Managing the local cross-functional Procurement CoE and P2P department;
Driving the transformation process within procurement organization;
Cooperating closely with other Procurement CoE and P2P leaders to ensure realization of global KPI’s;
Identifying opportunities and building necessary capabilities to enlarge scope of services for Philips Procurement;
Maintaining relations with GBPO and relevant BPO’s and business leaders;
Driving cross-functional efficiencies;
Defining KPIs according to Procurement objectives and aligning them with relevant business partners;

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Graduate with Master’s Degree;
Min. 10 years of relevant experience;
Experience in driving transformation in Procurement and P2P area;
Min. 4 years of experience in managing people (also remotely), including in developing leaders;
Procurement and P2P business understanding and process knowledge;
Translating strategic goals into operational KPIs;
Integrated Supply Chain business understanding;
Advanced performance management, including dashboard building skills;
Advanced project management skills (Lean approach);
Change management skills, ability to persuade, influence and motivate others;
Negotiation and high analytical and interpretation skills;
Advanced communication skills, conflict resolution, stakeholder management in a matrix environment;
Customer attitude, proactivity;
