Order processing, working with Czech / Slovak language (home office)

Responsibilities on the position :

processing orders from foreign markets (Slovak, Czech)

e-mail and telephone contact with foreign business customers

escalation of problems connected with orders

carrying out work instructions

Taking of business notes

documentation processing in SAP system

Expectations for candidates :

about 2 years of experience in customer service in terms of order processing

knowledge of processes related to OtC

experience in working with SAP system

ability to communicate with the customer

English language knowledge on b2 level

Slovakian language on c1 level

Good educational background

ability to set priorities
