Process Coordinator (accounting and administrative department) - working with French language

Responsibilities of the position :
performance of daily accounting and administrative activities, related to business customer service
working in SAP / Salesforce system
contact with business customers
operation of communicators, used in the company
checking the accuracy of data in financial documents and in the system
correction of data in case of discrepancies
participation in the closing of the month, year, quarter, etc.
preparing reports and other documents
contact with clients (in French)
The employer expects :
professional experience in similar areas
knowledge of accounting, financial, administrative, order processing, etc.
professional experience related to servicing international clients
English language, minimum B2 level required
knowledge of French, minimum required level B2
Availability to work Monday through Friday, full time
interest in the industry
knowledge of SAP system (welcome)
