Supply Chain structure which is currently being dynamically developed here in Cracow. It includes Order Management, Order Validation, Order scheduling, Demand and Supply Planning.
The department is new on one hand, but it is expected to become a Center of Excellence in the global structures in the near future.
Supply Chain is supporting sales process and operations on a daily basis starting from forecasting through order scheduling and management, securing material availability up to shipping.
Order Management organization supports Motorola Solutions Radio and Systems business by processing and managing the EMEA orders.
Complete order management / order cycle for all internal and external customers by performing various activities : Order entryChange order processHold management in close cooperation with : finance, credit, export control, product groups, PM’s, sales etc.
Providing information about order statusCoordination of orders with other Supply Chain departmentsAdapting to a fast paced business with a focus on first in, first out cycle time on all requests while maintaining the ability to refocus quickly if business needs dictateHandling customer complaintsProviding Sales support with regards to order management, customer queriesParticipating in monthly close activities that result in heavier workloads and are critical to corporate financial performance
Please note that this is fixed contract for 9 months.
