Creation and implementation of an HR strategy aligned with the company's strategy
Management of all soft HR processes such as recruiting, employer branding and talent management
Developing procedures and standards that allow attracting, hiring and training employees
Coordination of processes for employee appraisal, satisfaction surveys and employee engagement projects
Advising and supporting the management in the field of HR
Implementation of an efficient remuneration system
Setting targets and KPIs for the HR division
Cooperation with trade unions
Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations
Managing the team
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree related to Human Resource Management or equivalent experience
5 years, well-established professional experience in the field of HRM
Very good knowledge of labor law incl. the cooperation with trade unions
Ability to resolve conflicts and develop common solutions
Excellent communication skills and proficient knowledge of English is a prerequisite
Very good knowledge of MS Office
