The team you will be a part of

The Business Process team develops, implements and sustains cross-functional process improvement projects and business-wide improvement initiatives including training, mentoring, and consulting with Black Belts, Champions, and Green Belts.

Identifies, suggests and implements best practices to facilitate best solutions and methods that will optimize processes in all areas of the business.

This role in summary

As an RTR Project Specialist , You will support the RTR Process Owner in the area of making improvements / enhancements to RTR processes.

This includes working with primarily the RTR Automation and Robotics teams to analyze current practices and identify opportunities, to improve processes by applying technical solutions to streamline work.

This role is located in the heart of Łódź , nearby Łódź-Fabryczna, but YOU CAN WORK UP TO 4 DAYS A WEEK FROM HOME.

Your responsibilities will include

Participation in meetings to share process information

Creating, updating, and verifying process documentation

Identifying opportunities to improve processes

Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented improvements

Close cooperation with RPA Team

Minimum requirements

Finance background

Analytical thinking

Very good English

Good MS Excel skills, Google sheets & tools knowledge

SAP knowledge

Preferred skills and experiences

SAP FI / CO knowledge would be an advantage

Ability to work in a team environment
