Purpose of Role :
Under supervision of the Team Supervisor or the Manager, the Client Service Senior Administrator provides direct client service support to internal clients, investment managers and central support teams to ensure timely and error-
free processing and facilitate the resolution of problems related to complex events.
Major Responsibilities :
Prepare, Review, Validate Total Expense Ratio reports sent directly to the client or used in client reporting;
Review and correct expense accruals liaising with NAV production teams;
Review and approve Client invoicing for State Street fees and management fees;
Review fund budgets and instruct accrual changes after consulting with the client;
Receive and resolve inquiries in a timely and accurate manner and communicates effectively with other SSB teams;
Assist in Client, Audit and NAV production expense-related queries;
Take part in onboarding new tasks and operating model definitions;
Escalate unresolved issues to management as required;
Update various logs / spreadsheets and control checklists on a regular basis.
To be successful in this role, your profile should include :
Experience in a Fund Accounting environment is strongly recommended.
Demonstrate and understanding of fund expenses (fees : purchase, redemption, audit, legal & other expenses), total expense ratio production, accruals and true-
ups, client invoice / rebilling;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to resolve issues in a timely manner;
Attention to details;
Ability to operate under pressurized situations with time sensitive deadlines;
Comfortable leading and motivating others.
