Position overview :
In this position you will be the main point of contact for French market customers, in order to support for all activities across the entire Order to Delivery process.
Your key responsibilities in this role :
Managing own customer portfolio to provide the best quality of service for our Clients
Resolving enquiries, delivering queries, raising invoice adjustments, as well as liaising with interested parties and communicating both progress and outcome
Partnering closely with Sales and Marketing teams (sample request, Keys, Spare Part Orders, Manual Promotions and Price Changes)
Participating in process improvements by applying lean tools (e.g. Kaizen)
Creating and maintaining Optical Character Recognition (OCR) & Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems
Qualifications required :
Previous experience in a customer facing role / order management / supply chain
Excellent communication (written & verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills will be essential
Time managements skills, ability to prioritize work and deal with the pressure,
SAP system working knowledge (asset)
Language requirement :
Fluent English (min, B2 level)
Excellent German (min. C1 level)
