Customer Service Associate with German

On behalf of our Client, global industrial technology leader, we are looking for a person to hold the position of a Customer Service Associate with German.
Person on this position will be central point of contact for Customer on all daily inquiries and provides timely follow up and resolution of issues and inquiries.
What is more Customer Service Associate will proactive approach towards daily operations and proactive communication to Customer and liaises with parties to come up with solutions for open and upcoming matters, ex- and internal.
We are seeking Candidates with fluent knowledge of German and English and first years of experience in Customer Service. Proficient in SAP and MS Office programs is a big plus.
To be a successful the Candidates should present problem solving skills as well as negotiating skill.
