Your work will consist of :
Entering data into the financial and accounting system on the basis of scanned documents
Verification of accounting documents in accordance with the applicable procedure
Verification of suppliers' data in the accounting systems
Contacting suppliers : handling telephone and email inquiries, clarifying payment issues, confirming balances
Reconciliation and settlement of supplier account balances : payments, advance payments, invoices blocked for payment, other open items on accounts
Internal customer service : managing inquiries
