You will join ISS A / S, an international, globally well-known company from the facilities management industry, that is opening the new office in Poland, Warsaw.

Your new role

Project Manager will work closely with the Business Process Excellence team and Head of Operational Services to drive, prioritize and implement process improvement and transformation projects within Finance.

The Project Manager will translate improvement initiatives into manageable projects and drive the process changes.The main task will evolve around project management and development as well as standardization and continuous improvement of processes.

The success of the new Centre of Excellence Project Manager will be measured on his / hers ability to ensure benefit realization from improvement projects, enable process standardization and deliver on projects within time and budget.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor or master’s degree in Finance and / or Accounting
  • 5+ years of experience working with project management / execution of larger projects preferably in a F&A context
  • Experience in participating in business development initiatives in multinational companies
  • Experience working in a Shared Services / GSS / BPO organisation preferably in a COE
  • Excellent understanding of project management
  • Understanding of Finance and Accounting processes incl. systems and application
  • Knowledge in Lean and standardisation
  • Good understanding of financial modelling
  • Innovative and collaborative approach to problem solving
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office : Excel and Word
  • Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment, gaining co-operation and building relationships
  • Ability to motivate and resolve problems within a complex stakeholder environment
  • Strong ability to execute with attention to details
  • Adaptable, enthusiastic and a continuous learner
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken (English)
  • Willingness to travel
