Back Office Administrator with German

Area : Customer Service

For one of our clients, we are looking for a Back Office Administrator with German language.

Responsibilities :

  • Preparation of the necessary documentation needed for clients
  • Maintain data correctness in the system
  • Contact with other departments
  • Communication with clients if any additional information needed
  • Preparing reports
  • Solving emerging issues
  • Requirements :

  • Willingness to work with documentation and clients
  • Experience in customer service will be an asset
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2)
  • Very good knowledge of German (B2 / C1)
  • Accuracy and meticulousness in fulfilling assigned tasks
  • Well developer communication skills
  • Good computer skills (Ms Office)
