1. Develope sales with customers in Poland 2. Representing the company, in bussines contacts with costomers 3. Execution and development of business strategy


1. Participating in developing and implementing sales plans in accordance with the rates fixed by the sales department for all Account and Key Account Managers.

2. Coordinating tenders for Customers 3. Preparing and controling of Sales Funnel. 4. Work planning with given tools (eg.

Google Calendar) 5. Conducting trade visits, in accordance with activities plan and sheddule. 6. Preparing and submitting reports on the work results, in accordance with established procedures in the Company.

7. Determining the opportunities to increase sales volumes at Customers. 8. Preparing and submitting offers to Customers.

Offers have to be prepared in accordance with the Company procedures, which require using eProfiterol tool to obtain all necessary approvals.

9. Writing reports on the results of the negotiations and meetings held with customers. 10. Forecasting and flexible response to customer needs in terms of ongoing contracts 11.

Presenting innovations to Customers (during the meetings in factories and on all kinds of fairs, seminars etc.) 12. Coordinating commercial, service and engineering activities with Customers.

13. Communicating to team members. 14. Timely communicating to supervisor and others involved in processes. 15. Conducting market analysis and finding new sales opportunities.

16. Learing about Diversey product innovations and technological solutions; taking part in qualifications raising trainings.

17. Taking part in projects which increase the efficiency of the department and the company 18. Updating Company databases, on customers sales and profitability.

19. Opearting as a support for customers, for placing orders and reaching Customer Service Department. 20. Technological and consulting visits within the scope of contract with a customer.

21. Support for Credit Control department for obtaining timely payments from customers. 22. Close co-operation with Portfolio and Marketing department in the country.
