How to contribute to our vision
Besides being an active part of the team, in this role, you will be responsible for :
You ensure the processes and tools to be followed and used for project documentation delivery are addressed and aligned early on in the project
Creates and maintains Project Master Document List (P-MDL) in collaboration with client, and internal and external document owners, based on the generic Master Document List (scope and schedule)
Establishes and maintains the documentation management plan including project-specific requirements
Ensures that the Documentation Management System is configured and set up according to the requirements
Ensures all relevant users of the EDMS (internal and external) are properly trained to execute their document-related tasks and to comply with all requirements set out in the Project Documentation Management Plan
Ensures delivery on time and in the right quality of the documents in the Project Master Document list during project execution : From handover from sales to handover to service.
Monitors and reports on progress of project documentation delivery in agreement with project management
Acts as administrator & superuser for the EDMS (Electronic Document Management System)
What you need to make a difference
You have 5+ years of experience working as a document controller, records manager or documentation manager in large infrastructure projects
You are knowledgeable about best practice in project documentation management
You have an affinity for IT and have used various document management systems
As a person, you are structured, persistent, diligent, and a finisher
You can handle simultaneous assignments and enjoy working with diverse teams
Your written and spoken English are (close to) that of a native speaker
In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
