Junior HR Specialist with FRENCH (2nd shift 14-22)
daily HR administrative support on the site
respond to employee requests in a timely manner
processing changes in employees’ employment life-cycle (new hires, contracts, terminations, vacation limits, overtime, benefits etc.)
administration of hiring process
HR reporting and analysis
administration of employee management system
preparing and coordinating onboarding plans for new employees
employee data system management
very good knowledge of English and French (B2)
several months of work in a similar position
an interest in HR administration
good knowledge of excel (practical knowledge of HR
CRM ( SAP Success Factor) system will be an advantage)
can do’ attitute and ability to think outside the box
